If a new season or split begins before your order is completed, most games will slightly reset the rank of your account. Under these circumstances, we will recalculate the remaining budget of your order based on your previous rank. We will then convert your existing order to align with the rank of your new season or split.

Some types of boosting such as the game boost let you choose how many games you would like to have the booster play for or with you regardless of win or lose. For placement boosts your booster will play as many games as you choose in the price configurator. Of course, we want you to rank as high as possible and therefore guarantee you for the placement games a win rate as follows: 80% below Diamond / 70% in Diamond / 60% above Diamond.

If the booster is not reaching the promised win rate, he will compensate it by playing normal ranked games until the rate is reached.

Your coach will analyse your game, identify your strengths and weaknesses and decide on an individual basis where best to focus to improve your game skills and eventually level/rank up. The goal is for you to become a more skilled player who better understands the important aspects of your game.

If you have already had coaching and were satisfied with your coach and your progress, you may want to choose the same coach again. Since you already know your coach, you also know what to expect from the coaching sessions. Another major advantage is that your coach already knows you and your playing style and therefore knows exactly where to push you to improve. No time is needed for an in-depth analysis.

However, if it is your first coaching or you would like to go for a different coach, then we would recommend let the coaches decide by themselves who they think would fit you the most.
