Caos helped me rank up from bronze 1 to gold 4, they were very efficient and professional and a really nice person to play with, we didn't lose a single game. we had a few issues getting games originally due to my ranking being so low (lol) so it took us a bit to get our rankings sorted so we could play but they did everything to help and i would defo recommend this service to anyone who is needing some help :)
