By accessing or using the platform crazyboost.gg you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the platform.

Using Services of crazyboost.gg

Crazy Boost, backed by the company Virtual Ventures GmbH (LLC) in Switzerland, operates as a digital marketplace. and offers services via its platform, which enables the mediation of requests for digital services between customers and boosters/coaches. Crazy Boost does not offer any other services but mediation itself. These services are provided by boosters and coaches under a contract with you as a customer for the performance of the specified services. These boosters and coaches work independently, either as individuals or entities, and are professional service providers. Crazy Boost holds no liability for the fulfillment of the agreements made between customers (you) and the boosters/coaches. Any disagreements stemming from consumer rights or relevant laws concerning service provision will be resolved directly between the customers and the boosters/coaches.

We expect that customers of the Crazy Boost will act in good faith and show respect towards booster and coaches providing services on our platform. Should you violate the stipulations outlined in these terms and conditions or engage in harmful actions like withholding payments, fraudulent activities, or showing disrespect to boosters / coaches, Crazy Boost reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notification.

We strive to ensure that boosters and coaches on our platform uphold integrity and demonstrate respect towards their profession and their customers. Nevertheless, we cannot provide absolute assurance that every service provider on our platform consistently meets these standards. Should you encounter unsatisfactory services, please reach out to our customer support.

Puchase / Orders

When you request a service and a booster / coach commits to the task, the service is deemed as ordered

After a booster / coach verifies their intention to complete your order, you will form a distinct agreement with that booster / coach regarding the delivery of the service based on mutually agreed terms. Crazy Boost doesn't offer direct services and isn't involved in your contract with the respective booster / coach.

If you decide to buy a product or service through our platform, you might need to provide specific details related to your purchase, such as your personal details, credit card number, its expiration date and billing address details.

You affirm that: you are legally authorized to use any credit card or other payment methods for the purchase; and all the details you provide are accurate and complete. By providing this information, you allow us to share it with third parties to facilitate the purchase process.

We may decline or cancel your order for various reasons, including but not limited to, product or service unavailability, pricing or description errors, or any mistakes in your order.

If we suspect fraud or any unauthorized or illegal activities, we also hold the right to decline or cancel your order.

Payments

Through our platform you can purchase services using a credit card or any other available payment methods. By offering the payment service, Crazy Boost serves as a commercial agent for the services' providers. Every booster and coach has designated Crazy Boost as their commercial agent to facilitate contracts between the boosters / coaches and the customer (you). This includes the power to accept and relay payments from customers to boosters and coaches. Your obligation to the provider is met once you initiate the transfer of funds to Crazy Boost's bank account. It's your duty, as a customer, to ensure the payment occurs and that adequate funds are present.

When you make a payment, Crazy Boost receives and subsequently forwards your payment to the booster / coaches. For payment verification, we might request additional information from you.

If you use make a payment, please be aware that Crazy Boost isn't liable for any potential third-party payment fees, such as those from mobile carriers or banks. These entities might impose additional charges when facilitating payments. Crazy Boost isn't accountable for these charges and denies all responsibility concerning them. Your chosen payment method might also come with terms set by the relevant third-party payment provider. Ensure you're familiar with these terms before proceeding with your payment.

Prices

During the purchase process and before placing an order, customers are notified about all charges, taxes, and additional costs, including any delivery fees if applicable.

The price of the order may be adjusted if new details emerge that could increase the intricacy or duration required to fulfill that particular order.

Cancelling

When you request to cancel a service and your order has not started yet, you are eligable for a full refund only deducted by the occured transaction fees or get a voucher equivalent to the amount you paid. If the order was partially fulfilled you are partially eligable for a refund - please contact us.

In very rare situations boosters / coaches may have to cancel orders, please note that Crazy Boost is not responsible for such situations. In this scenario please contact us and we will help to negotiate or find another booster / coach that is able to fullfil your order.

The customer (you) understands and agrees that if there's no activity on their part for over 14 calendar days without informing the booster beforehand after placing an order, the order will be deemed as finished and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Tips

If you like, you may pay a tip to your booster or coach. We reserve the right to set a maximum amount for Tips at our discretion. Tips will be transferred to the chosen booster / coach excluding the transaction fees and any taxes, if applicable. Once given, Tips are non-refundable.

Crazy Boost has the authority to retain the Tip if it suspects the payment to be fraudulent, unlawful, not genuinely related to the service offered, or in violation of Crazy Boost’s Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

Given that Crazy Boost offers digital mediation services which are intangible, there's no way to "return" them. Hence, refunds aren't provided once a purchase is finalised. However, if your order has not started yet, meaning your order has not been picked up by a booster or coach, you are eligible for a full refund only deducted by the occured transaction fees or get a voucher equivalent to the amount you paid.

After the commencement of the service, you are partially eligible to receive a refund. If your booster or coach fails to complete the service, you're entitled to receive the equivalent service from a different booster or coach or to a partial refund or voucher corresponding to the incomplete part of your service.

Accounts

When setting up an account with us, you need to give accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Not doing so violates our terms, leading to a potential immediate termination of your account on our platform.

It's your duty to protect the password you use to log into our platform. You're accountable for all activities that occur under your password, whether it's associated with our platform or another service or provider.

Do not share your password with anyone. If you discover any security breaches or unauthorized access to your account, inform us right away.

Your chosen name shouldn't impersonate someone else, infringe on the rights or trademarks of another party, or be rude, inappropriate, or vulgar.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, at any time, without prior warning or any liability, especially if you violate our terms and conditions.

Once terminated, you'll lose the right to use our platform or mediation service instantly. If you want to close your account, you may simply discontinue using our platform.

Customer Duties

Crazy Boost has no affiliation with Activision Blizzard, Blizzard Entertainment or Riot Games Inc or any other unauthorized parties in any manner whatsoever. We urge all customers and potential customers to avoid any actions that infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of Activision Blizzard, Blizzard Entertainment or Riot Games or any other unauthorized entities.

By engaging with our platform or any service from Crazy Boost, you acknowledge understanding and agreeing to our terms and conditions as well as terms of use and terms of service. You recognize that when purchasing any service on our platform, you're fully aware of what you're buying and that it corresponds to your in-game details.

By purchasing services on our platform, you understand that once the service is either completed or partially completed, you can't dispute the purchase with Crazy Boost. Also, as a customer, you agree not to breach any ChargeBack rules specified in any of our provided payment methods.

If you initiate a claim after your order is in progress, has started, or is complete, you're violating our terms and conditions. Consequently, you are legally obligated to either close the claim or reimburse the order amount plus a fee set by Crazy Boost, ranging from 50€ to triple the initial order amount (if it exceeds 50€). If you don't comply with these terms, you acknowledge being accountable under Swiss Laws.

Liabilities

Our platform offers a mediation service and serves as a communication bridge between customers and boosters and coaches. Consequently, we cannot guarantee or be held accountable for the quality or flawlessness of the services provided. Since the services ordered on our platform depend on the boosters and coaches' actions, Crazy Boost can't guarantee that offers will available at all times.

Our platform does not directly provide or facilitate services for customers, nor does it act as an agent to find customers for boosters and coaches. Its primary role is to facilitate the organization of service provision.

We offer our platform on an "as is" and "as available" foundation. Crazy Boost doesn't assure uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform. While we strive to fix software glitches promptly, the platform’s operations might occasionally be affected by technical issues, and we can't promise constant functionality.

Crazy Boost, along with its representatives and employees, is not responsible for any harm or loss you might face due to your reliance on or use of our platform. This includes, but isn't limited to: direct or indirect monetary or property loss; profit losses; loss of business assets like contracts, contacts, goodwill, or reputation, and any disruptions in business; data inaccuracies or losses; and other kinds of loss or harm.

Any liability of Crazy Boost, both for damages or breach the contract and for consequential damages of any kind which may arise from the use of the plattform, is expressly excluded. You can only demand compensation if Crazy Boost intentionally breaches the agreement, while the financial responsibility is limited to 100 €. We won't be held accountable for the boosters or coaches' actions or omissions or any harm they may cause to customers.

By using our platform, you commit to indemnify Crazy Boost, its affiliates and employees against any losses or claims (including any associated costs and liabilities) arising from your use of our platform.

Customers agree that Crazy Boost is not responsible for any actions taken against their accounts (like Riot, Battle.net, Steam, etc.).

Communication & Marketing

Crazy Boost reserves the right to monitor any and all communications passing through our platform at all times.

For communication and marketing purposes customers (you) may receive e-mails sent from our platform. By creating an account on our platform, you accept receiving emails or messages through other forms of communication.

Promotional Vouchers

Crazy Boost may send promotional vouchers to you. These vouchers can be applied as discounts towards payments for newly placed orders. Vouchers are subject to expiration dates and maximum numbers of use. Crazy Boost holds the right to decline or cancel any vouchers for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, if we suspect fraud, any unauthorized or illegal activities or missues of vouchers.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We frequently update our range of products and services. There might be inaccuracies in the pricing, description, or availability of products or services on our platform. Additionally, there could be delays in updating the information on our platform and our advertisements on other sites.

We don't guarantee that all information, including prices, images, specifications, availability, and services, is complete or accurate. We reserve the right to change or rectify information, including any errors or discrepancies, anytime without giving prior notification.

Intellectual Property

The content showcased on our platform or presented through our services is the sole property of Crazy Boost (Virtual Ventures GmbH), its licensors, boosters, and/or content contributors. Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, moral rights, and other laws from both Switzerland and other nations. Without the explicit written permission from Crazy Boost (Virtual Ventures GmbH), you cannot use our content, trademarks, or trade dress in relation to any product or service.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our platform may have links to external websites or services not operated or owned by Crazy Boost. We don't oversee, assumes no responsibility nor have any control over the content, privacy policies, or operations of these third-party sites or services. Crazy Boost is not accountable, either directly or indirectly, for any harm or loss resulting from your use of or trust in the content, products, or services of these external sites or services. We highly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you access.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance to Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. If the respective dispute resulting from terms or agreement could not be settled by the negotiations, then the dispute will be finally solved in a court of general jurisdiction of Switerland.

Our inability to exercise any right or provision of these terms should not be seen as a waiver of such rights. Should a court find any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply. These terms represent the full agreement between us concerning our mediation services, replacing any previous understandings or agreements about the services.

Changes

We hold the right to change or update these terms and conditions whenever we see fit. If significant changes are made, we aim to provide a minimum of 30 days notice before the new terms are implemented. The determination of what is considered significant is solely at our discretion.

If you continue to use our platform after the changes are in place, you accept and are bound by the updated terms. If you disagree with the new terms, we request that you cease using our platform.
